Educating, inspiring, and transforming current and future government leaders.

Leading Without Authority

How do you get the results you need at work without formal authority? Today’s leaders must leverage effective influencing skills, personal power, and credibility in order to sway colleagues and senior officials. These skills are already within each of us and simply need to be uncovered.

In this session, participants will:

  • Learn the dynamics of influence
  • Develop the necessary tools to exert influence more effectively independent of title and organizational position
  • Examine the complexity of power in the workplace
  • Discover how to wield expert and referent power to achieve organizational goals
