Lenka is an Attorney Advisor at the National Hearing Center, Social Security Administration where she gained expertise in the disability adjudication process. In this role, she has mentored and trained new Attorney Advisors, provided support during the Judicial Training Conference for Administrative Law Judges, and spearheaded the Ask-the-Expert medical training initiative, which improved customer service to claimants. Currently, she serves as Director of eLearning for the Young Government Leaders National Leadership team where she develops and facilitates learning opportunities and lectures via webinars to YGL Members through the YGL University. Lenka holds Bachelor of Art degrees in International Relations and Foreign Languages from West Virginia University. She spent one year studying German language and German politics at University of Luneburg, Germany. She speaks Slovak, Czech and German. She received her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Pittsburgh, School of Law.
