Lesley Slaughter, President
Lesley Slaughter is a Human Resources Specialist with the Office of Personnel Management(OPM). Prior to OPM she worked for the Civilian Human Resource Agency (CHRA). She “accidentally” fell into government service while working on her master’s degree. At the time she thought it would be good experience while she went to school and that she would pursue a career in private industry when she graduated. Significant time has passed since she finished her masters and she is still a federal employee, and loving it. She is passionate about providing superior human resources support to her customers. She is now an avid advocate for public service and cannot imagine a career as anything but a public servant.
