Open Executive Board Positions – Apply by 5/5/2013

Young Government Leaders (YGL) seeks to educate, inspire and transform the next generation of government leaders through professional development activities, networking opportunities, social events, seminars, fellowships and scholarships. Today, YGL is strong and growing with over 3,000 members across the country.

The Greater Los Angeles Chapter of YGL (YGL-LA) was launched in 2011 with board members representing the U.S. Office of Personnel Management, Department of Defense, Department of Housing and Urban Development, Department of Homeland Security and AmeriCorps. In 2012, YGL-LA extended its reach to include local and state government employees and selected individuals from The City of Los Angeles Mayor’s Office and The California State Controller’s Office to join our board. In less than two years, YGL-LA has become the fastest growing chapter with over 300 members representing the face of young government in Los Angeles.
