YGL fosters a culture of diversity and we promote a diverse work environment. The following resources provide key diverse government information.

Federal Government:
U.S. Office of Personnel Management: OPM serves as the chief human resources agency and
personnel policy manager for the Federal Government.

U.S. Department of Labor: As an organization with diverse functions, the U.S. Department of
Labor carries out its mission through a number of offices and agencies. These are organized into
program areas and headed by an Assistant Secretary or other official.

White House: The Executive office of the President.

YGL Alamo/San Antonio

The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Department centralizes the City’s efforts to prioritize and operationalize accessibility, diversity, equity, inclusion, and integrity across departments and services. The DEI Department unifies strategic planning and reduces
duplication by consolidating staff from previously discrete offices, those being the Office of Equity, the Office of Municipal Integrity, and the Disability Access Office.

YGL Atlanta

The Mayor’s Office of Equity, Diversity and Inclusion demonstrates to the world the power of One Atlanta by aligning strong leadership with collaborative action to build an affordable, resilient and equitable Atlanta.

YGL Baltimore

Diversity, Inclusion and Equity Community Advisory Council advocates for, engages in and responds to issues, concerns and needs of County residents as it relates to diversity, inclusion and equity.

YGL Dallas

Diversity and Inclusion initiatives drive our organization’s commitment to promoting a culture of acceptance, appreciation and
inclusion for a diverse workforce at the City of Dallas. HR is dedicated to openness, transparency, and accountability.
