YGL’s Organization Structure
YGL is organized into three essential components: the National Leadership Team, the Chapters, and the Advisory Panel.
- The National Leadership Team oversees all national programs and facilitates information sharing across YGL. They also coordinate programming and events for members in the Washington, DC area, ensuring a unified and impactful experience.
- The Chapters consist of YGL members in metropolitan areas across the country. Each Chapter manages its own local programs, events, and information sharing, addressing the unique needs of emerging leaders in public service on the ground.
- The Advisory Panel offers high-level strategic guidance, leveraging the extensive experience of its members. Many have been actively involved in YGL for years, providing valuable institutional knowledge and insights gained from their long-standing participation.
